Rod's Still Got It All-(Sex appeal-Voice-Energy)
Rod is so sexy! He knows how to get every person in that audience hot and bothered. He is just love that man. I just love that man. He also gave a high energy physical performance. He sounded very strong, voice, great! He has never disappoints me. After the concert, it was funny listening to all the woman softly moaning as they rode the escalators down to the lobby from such a wonderful evening with Rod. I must share what happened to me and a friend one time trying to get to one of Rod's shows. I've seen Rod more than 20 times through the years and I was somewhat worried that this concert would be filled with Rod's hits, and not Frank Sinatra's songs. But I was wrong! He definitely gets you worked up and then sends you home to your spouse for them to reap the benefits. Ha! Ha! LOL! I didn't see him that time, but I've seen him since. Back in September of 1998, I had back stage passes when he performed in Biloxi. A hurricane was coming off the Gulf of Mexico, dumping lots of rain. My car hydroplaned and turned over twice, landing upside down in a ditch on I10, just a few miles from Biloxi. It was all worth it. He's got a beautiful family and I also have 2 grown children. I just hope maybe one day he will get this message and allow me to fly out to one of his shows and actually be able to meet him. Doctor's said if it had hit me 1/2 inch to the side, I wouldn't be able to walk. It required many stitches, I was very lucky. The box which held my Rod Stewart CD collection had flown up into the front seat and hit me in the back of the head. My daughter has just given us our first grandchild, a girl, Amelia.
